About these draft terms
These terms cover the Revline website and iPhone app. The service operator’s legal identity, monitored contact email, governing law, dispute process and consumer-rights language require owner and legal review before publication. Apple’s standard licensed application EULA applies to the App Store application where applicable.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate account information. You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Revline the permission needed to store, process, transform and deliver it to perform your requested edits and exports. Only upload or import content you have rights and authorization to use. Do not use Revline to infringe copyright, violate privacy, impersonate others, create unlawful material, or abuse the service. A pasted video link does not grant rights to download or republish its content.
Automated editing
Edits, transcripts, captions and generated assets can be inaccurate. Review every result before publishing and keep copies of your original media. Your requests may require the third-party processors described in our privacy policy. In the iPhone app, operations that share content with AI providers require your explicit permission. Generated material may be subject to additional provider and asset-license restrictions.
Subscriptions and trials
The iPhone subscription is $39.00 USD per month after an eligible 7-day free trial. Local pricing, taxes and eligibility appear in Apple’s purchase confirmation. The trial is available to eligible new subscribers as determined by Apple. Unless cancelled, the trial converts to a recurring subscription and renews automatically. Manage or cancel in your Apple subscription settings before renewal; Apple controls billing and refund eligibility. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Existing web subscriptions use Stripe and retain their separate published terms and account management.
The in-app account deletion flow stops web subscription renewals. Deleting your Revline account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel through Apple to prevent future charges. We do not require a second subscription from a user who already has active supported web or complimentary access.
Availability and termination
Processing time, storage, usage and export limits depend on the plan and service capacity. Revline may interrupt abusive or unlawful use and may suspend service for maintenance or security reasons. You may stop using Revline or delete your account. Account deletion queues removal of associated workspace data as described in the privacy policy, subject to required billing records and provider retention.
Review before final approval
Warranty, liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, cancellation rights and mandatory consumer protections must be completed by the operator’s legal reviewer. This draft does not purport to waive rights that applicable law cannot waive. Contact and legal entity details are pending owner review.
